PRECISION SPINDLE
- The
spindle is assembled by our highly skilled
technicians. Before mountion on the machine,
each spindle is subjected to a lengthy
running
test to ensure the optimum condition.
- The
spindle runs on preloaded precision angular
contact ball bearings and transmitted
by a timing belt. Standard spindle speed
is 8,000
rpm. On
request, 10,000 or 12,000 rpm high
speed spindles are available..
CNC CONTROL
| The machine is
equipped with a Fanuc Oi-MB CNC control
as standard equipment. Upon request,
Anilam, Fagor, Mistsubishi controls are
available.. |

Convenient and Efficient Design
CAROUSEL TYPE MAGAZINE
The carousel type magazine
is standard equipment. It carries 16 tools
for various types of machining applications.
Bi-directional random tool selection for
quick took changing that reduces non-cutting
time.
ARM TYPE MAGAZINE (OPTIONAL)
The magazine is driven
by a precision cam for rapid and stable tool
change motion. Tool
loading capacity provides 20 or 24 tools
to choose from. Bi-directional random tool
selection provides quick tool changing and
reduces non-cutting time.
PNEUMATICALLY OPERATED TOOL KNOCKING DEVICE
The specially-designed
extra, high pressure tool knocking device features
outstanding stability for tool releasing and
clamping motions. Tool release and air blowing
are performed ar the same time providing spindle
cleanliness.
DERECTLY COUPLED SERVOMOTORS
The three axes ball screws
are directly coupled to servomotors through
backlash-free couplings. This ensures dependable
positioning accuracy. Hihg precision class
C3 ball screws are preloaded to eliminate thermal
strain.
COOLANT FLUSHING DEVICE (OPTIONAL)
Three coolant nozzles
are provided on both sides of the table, featuring
high pressure flushing to remove chips from
the table. |
