Linear ways
-X, Y adopt high precision linear guide ways.
-Double ways & 6 blocks on X-axis; 4ways & 8 blocks on Y-axis.
-Maximum load capacity, high Rapid Feedrate, high positioning accuracy.

Column
-The cast-iron of column is ruggedly ribbed throughout, with box-shape inside column for maximum stability. The column surface is hardened and heat treated, and ways are precision ground and coated with Turcite-B.
-The counterweight of spindle head is connected with high rigidity chain, allowing smooth Z-axis movement, reliable and trouble-free. Rapid feedrate is up to 18 m/min.

Base &Saddle
Full support construction with extra wide and extensive guide design on the base and saddle for heavy load capacity. The superior structure design of base and saddle, providing the best rigidity, and eliminate stress effect during machining.

Ballscrews
3 axes transmission adopts C3 class high precision double nut pre-loaded ballscrews Dia. 50 mm pitch 12mm on X & Y axis, pitch 10mm on Z-axis. This can eliminate noise and temperature caused from long-term operation to ensure machining accuracy.
