 Efficient enclosure and screw-type chip
conveyor
When you look inside the CYCLONE® VMC enclosure,
you'll find more uncluttered space than any machine in its class. There is plenty room for
chips, with no hidden pockets for chip to build up. Swarf flows to the front of the machine where the screw-type chip conveyor
(option) compresses the chips, wrings out the coolant and eventually discharges the chips from the side.
Easy-access, roll-out coolant tank
 The
compact coolant tank is
mounted on wheels
for ease of removal and to facilitate cleaning. A separate electrical pump is installed in the rear of the coolant tank, thus preventing coolant splashing into the electrical pump and causing a short-circuit.
Once again, we keep the operator in mind.
 Direct-coupled servo motors
Our servo motors are directly coupled to the ballscrews with high quality couplings to eliminate windup, even under severe loading. As a result, corners are cut more sharply,
hole interpolation is more precise, and positioning accuracy is greatly improved over the belt-coupled joints that our competitors use.
