leveling bolts, the width of the column and the depth of the saddle. Now look inside the casting for the heavy-duty,
anti-flex and vibration absorbing ribs that we
added. Then, go measure the competition and you'll find that they
don't measure up to a CYCLONE® VMC.
 Fast, reliable tool changer
The umbrella tool changer offers smooth, reliable action and long life. This unique tool changer utilizes a sinusoidal motion arm to accelerate and decelerate shuttle movement, thus preventing jarring to the tool and machine.
Double-anchored ballscrews
Only superior quality ballscrews are used in our CYCLONE® VMCS. Our ballscrews are anchored at both ends and the ball nuts are pre-loaded, then inspected 100% for parallelism to the axis box ways.
 Automatic lubrication
The automatic lubrication system meters oil to box ways and Turcite-B as the machine operates. This system auto-matically lubricates via an intelligent oil reservoir to CNC
system. Our auto-lube system saves time and
