The scales of Web Diameter must be the same as the drill diameter. |

Choose one right collet. Put collect into collet chuck with a 45° angle. |

The order of setting operation is : 1.drill 2. collet and collet chuck 3. fix clamping nut.
During this process, keep some space for the drill for adjustment. |

Put the chuck set into the adjustment shelf.
A. Put the chunk set into the adjustment shelf. Then, connect it tightly. Turn it right to the end.
B. Plug the drill in and turn it right to the end.
C. Turn the chuck set right to the end and tighten it. Turn the chuck set to the left and take it out gently.
After having taken out the chuck set, make sute that the point angle of the drill is parallel with fix clamping nut slot. If not parallel, adjust again. For your safety, don't hold the drill stem while the drill is grinding. |

While the light is on and the motor rotation is stable, put the chuck set into the shelf grinding. The fix clamping nut slot is fitted with two shelf grinding pins. Put the drill gently into the shelf grinding until it reaches the grinding slip. Grind the drill by moving left and right until the noise stops. Then, turn to the other side. Grind the drill in the same way.
Minimum grinding size is 2mm.
The drill point angle is from 118° to135° |

For grinding the center of the drill and the drill web, put the chuck set into web thinning. Put the drill gently into the shelf grinding until it reaches the grinding slip. Grind the drill by moving left and right until the noise stops. Then, turn to the other side. Grind the in the same way.
If necessary, use 0.1 mm or 0.3 mm pads beneath the center of the grinding shelf. |

For grinding long drill, increase the scale of Web Diameter. |

For grinding drill centers, set up the scale with a smaller diameter than the Web Diameter. |
